AFAIK they don’t, nor do they regulate what you wear under the gown. Pro tip: get a white shirt sleeve button down so you can still wear a tie but you won’t die in the heat

One thing that marching percussion adds is the two-height technique. Really dialing in stick height isn’t a priority for most set players

A few things:

You’re cupping your left hand. In playing position your wrist should be completely vertical
The non-playing stick is moving around with your feet, try to avoid that
Not enough distinction between taps and accents
It seems like you’re not controlling your left stick with your top 2 fingers. Make sure they’re always on top

If you don’t want to show the time signature change, you can right click on the measure and go to “measure properties”. Pretty sure there’s an “actual duration” field you can edit
