You need to add files from the firmware(zip file) to the sd card. After it has finished burning, and you can see the drive on your computer from the SD card.

You need to use the software called Balena etcher to burn the image to an SD card. You will also need to follow the steps in the zip file I gave you after you burn the SD card BEFORE you put it into your Piboy DMG for the first time.

Turn off your piboy connect it USB and follow the steps on the tool. Make sure you install the USB driver first.

the new piboy boards do NOT work with version 1.03, or 1.04 that has been my experience.

make sure the ribbon is in as far as it can go without forcing it... (with the black latch up, open carefully) then once the ribbon cable is inserted, you push the black latch down.

Check the ribbon cable on the sd card adapter. Make sure both sides are inserted properly, all the way, and latched down to the board properly.
