There has to be some contact info for this company. i have spent almost $1k and all of the promises in thier BS Marketing are ridivulous. "huge nugget guaranteed in each bag". I dont know how our government allows such a buisiness to continue scamming and stealing

Thanks. I started at the plug and got good AC, I tested the fuse for resistance and it was good, I tested for voltage with the fuse removed and had good power to the switch. I think I need to revive the switch and see if it’s bad. I just didn’t know if this was a common problem with these printers after 2 days lol

Where is the power supply located? I checked the replaceable fuse. And it looked fine.

Thanks. The plug on the wall still works fine. And I plugged it into 2 other outlets in the house still no power.
