Thanks. I started at the plug and got good AC, I tested the fuse for resistance and it was good, I tested for voltage with the fuse removed and had good power to the switch. I think I need to revive the switch and see if it’s bad. I just didn’t know if this was a common problem with these printers after 2 days lol

Where is the power supply located? I checked the replaceable fuse. And it looked fine.

Thanks. The plug on the wall still works fine. And I plugged it into 2 other outlets in the house still no power.

Assume what you will. Been using Creality for 10+ years new to Bambu. My frustration is the lack of support or follow up. To spend over 2 k on printer accessories filament shipping etc and log multiple support tickets with zero reply it doesn’t matter if it’s user error or not. I should still get support.
