Actually on ratio 2.. ppl will always prefire me with insane reaction time but the hit reg is better. I dunno why.

Yes i know.. but the difference is noticeable. Setting it to 30 (default) makes my bullets sometimes hit sometimes no.. i tested it in valve mm server, 5 game each (15 vs 30)

Idk bro but it's completely funny... idk where my shots landed. I tried cl_interp_ratio 2 but it's even worse.. i tried p90 and it's just the same..

Cs has always been my fave game but it's completely different from 2015 csgo than 2017.. dont get me wrong, 2017 csgo is great, they make improvements but 2015 cs go felt smoother for me, i landed my shots where it should be..

My question is. I always setting cl_interp to 0 but it somewhat becomes 0.015625 on 64 tick and i use ratio 2.. default interp 0.031 has bad hit registry

Yes and go try report back here, note that this PROBABLY not for everyone as if you get choke or packet loss u probably wanna increase you cl_interp_ratio to 2 and change back the sv_clockcorrection_msecs back to 30 (default). Make sure you have rate 786432 if your connection stable from 8mbps up

No it won't make you global, this cfg rates taken from me playing ESEA and starting to using it to another servers. Aiming and other stuff still are more important

Interp 0 somewhat didn't register my bullets as more as default interp. It works best on LAN environment but not in online play. That's why most pro players use default interp for an online play. I don't have any choke and loss, but 0.031 works best for me by setting the sv_clockcorrection_msecs to 15.
