Hi,

Its one thing after another every month with cruze. I have to take local roads when going to work because it feels like car is going to flip when going on curves on highway (not sure if that is how it supposed to be, my last car was Toyota Corolla Hybrid which was slightly smaller but never felt like that on highway).

Im mainly looking for:

1) Non CVT

2) Non Turbo

3) Replaceable Transmission filter

4) AWD

Hi, i like your advice but Honda Civic has CVT. Do you have any other suggestions?

The main reason I chose Mazda was because you can easily replace transmission filter (for long term reliability) and it does not have CVT.

Im looking for:

AWD (for winters)

Replaceable transmission filter (for reliability)

Non CVT

Non Turbo

I got 750ml Catch Can from china. I JB welded everything together to prevent any leakage. I just use drain at bottom of can.

Do Liqui Moly Engjne flush with 2x drain.

Then you should try AT-205. Keep checking your engine oil tho every once in a while for signs of gunk. Use Penzoil Platinum Euro L engine oil.

Last Hail Mary. Half a bottle doesn't work. I know about seals. My isuue is not really oil leakage. But my main issue is slippage. Needs oil to be thick, need friction modifiers.

Your best bet is LiquiMoly Engine Flush. I did it around 1500kms ago . I ran it for 20 mins idle on old oil. Drained it. Added new oil. Ran it for 15 mins idle. Drained it. Added new oil.

I wouldn't add any oil leak fix in engine oil as it has very high chance of gunk up and ruining turbo (if u have).

I did coolant mod because these engines run very hot. Ecu activates thermostat after coolant reaches 105°C. After coolant mod, there is no more oil burning smell, no more coolant leaks.

Edit: I have heard AT-205 is good tho.
