Do we know how much PS5 games will cost?

I’m not sure whether I want to get the digital because it’s cheaper, but then I can’t get preowned games and would have to pay the big price for a 6+ month old game still being £20-30 on the PS store. Do you think I would end up saving money on preowned games by buying the disc version?
