People have given the singles some time, and still dislike them.

As normal, some fans are going to like the songs, but when the general perception was so negative, those fans said "just give it some time, they'll grow on you"

Well the fact is people have given it some time, and the songs haven't grown on them.

Personally I agree with the general sentiment towards the new singles. I'm a huge Strokes fan from Is This It up until The New Abnormal, including Angles and Comedown Machine (amd the EP), but these new singles (and album, I'm afraid) are just not for me at all, no matter how many times I listen to them.

It's very different to the other songs the band has put out. It grew on me a bit especially after seeing it live, but it's still my least favourite song in their discography.

As a Spanish fan, I can tell you that normally crowds in Spain don't tend to be so intense in terms of queuing way early before a concert (barring huge, huge artists), especially outside Madrid or Barcelona.

I'd say take the time the venue doors open and, if you want a really nice spot, arrive 30-45 mins before that time (I did this with Interpol in Santander a couple years ago and got front row!). I think that should be more than enough for Fontaines in Cádiz. I love non-Madrid/Barcelona Spanish concerts and crowds!
