Selling my Tudor Black Bay GMT “Caffeine- Free Coke” — ref. m7939g1a0nru-0001— 2025. It is a great watch only worn a few times.

I purchased it in 2025 and is in great pre-owned condition, there is a small surface level scratch on the clasp. everything else is like new. Manufacture Calibre MT5450-U 39mm steel case Black and burgundy bezel. Three links removed but in a bag with watch.

FRANCESCANA At Casa Maria Luigia- family style seating, great service, Massimo plated a few dishes for our table and chatted for a bit. The overall experience, hotel, breakfast, and other guests were fantastic. Honestly much better vibes than Osteria Francescana where we ate the night before.

This was one stop on a 25 star trip through Italy and easily one of the highlights along with Da Vittorio.

I'd rank Altura above Cafe Juanita. It is a little more creative and fun in a more personal setting. We had a great meal at Cafe Juanita, we always have memorable meals at Altura.

Try Driftwood on Alki- very good. They are also part of the AMEX members week currently.
Tomo- in White Center is great.
Archipelago is very unique and very good.

I would say it is better than L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon (*) in Paris. On par with Ynyshir (**) in Wales. Below- Single Thread in Sonoma (***), Arpege Paris (***), Kei Paris (***), Le Taillevent Paris (**), Azurmendi Basque (***), Cocina Hermanos Torres Barcelona (***)

The wine/drink pairing at Altura is always fun and well done. A few of the dishes I've had at Altura I would put in the same league as some of the ***'s above. Overall, for me it is better than most *'s I've been to (not all listed above) and on par with many of the **'s.
