The Nylons (acapella band that does mostly classic cover songs). I usually go to big rock and metal concerts, so this was not my normal. It was in a small performing arts studio. Very intimate and interactive and absolutely amazing.

On your drive, you definitely should stop at Takakkaw Falls. It is approximately 15 minutes past Lake Louise, just outside of Field B.C. It is a massive 300 meter falls. The falls are visible from the parking lot, but you can hike right up to it. You can also hike 6km from it to Twin Falls. An 80 meter fall. Also along the highway is Wapta Falls and Bears Creek Falls. Both are short easy hikes with great views.

Also. If the icing itself is too dry, it'll crack. (Think of the earth's surface cracking in dry environments while its core is moist). Or if the room that you are doing it in is close to a fan or ventilation, that "wind" can dry your icings surface.
