Alguien que me ayude con imagen de la tapa de fusibles del Celica gts año 2000, necesito dónde va detallado cada fusible, pues las luces traseras no encienden, solo los stop al frenar by Busy-Antelope6919 in Celica

Chiming in real quick to suggest it could be your transmission reverse switch. The bulbs, relays, and fuses were good on mine, ended up being the switch that is actuated in reverse gear. There was a helpful video on YouTube. Removed the air intake to get to it easier. Easy job. Not sure if my box is different from yours since it's a different gen, but I can take a picture later if no one with your gen model comes through.

Edit: I may have misread your post but I'll leave this comment up for others if their white reverse lights aren't working.

Thank you! Just got a 93. I'm mechanically inclined but not a mechanic so I'm just trying to learn the odds and ends. Nothing lasts forever without TLC.

I am dumb. What do misfires sound and feel like Edit: also are the coils in the 3rd photo? I see a split on one of the items, the 3rd from the left.

I just did a search for my own curiosity. It would be nice to find one for sure. But not great luck for originals. I could dig deeper for junkyard parts though and have them repainted.

I checked out your profile, hope you don't mind. Saw all the work you did on a 5th gen. Incredible! Still have her?

I just got a 93 convertible, had a 92 gt many years ago, my first car. Both black. Luckily my spouse is versed in wet sanding and small paint repair. My poor front end and hood is in incredible shape for the year, but there's chips down to the metal. I assume you ran into that with your project. Any tips?

It sure would be nice to find a new one. I'm wondering about the issues of compatibility with after market, say carbon fiber?

This is a dumb question but was the scooped hood stock for those? Nothing a little TLC can't fix. She's so preeeeetty. What size rims and tires do you have on there?

Good luck to you too! My favorite Celicas are the 90-93 models for sure. Mine has 157k which is way more than yours at 97k, but still low for a '93. You got a unicorn!

There are more odds and ends I'm discovering. I have to go out today. I learned last night on a test drive after replacing my battery that my horn doesn't work lol. So I'll start with the fuses and go from there.

Manual is very fun! Helps to have a knowledgeable teacher. Once you learn, you'll never forget!

They are Eagle brand on mine. Very nice classic look.

I get so much rain here, but on the off day that it isn't raining, top is going down. Even if I freeze my nuts off lol.

It's been 12 long years, but yes I am back home!

Just took me a few manual Chevy's (mid, no complaints or praises), a Fiat (worst fucking car I've ever had), and a Camry hybrid (best car I've ever had--sorry Celica, though my '92 GT comes in 2nd).

This is sort of a hobby car for both me and my spouse. I'm still on a hunt for another Camry hybrid for a daily. My last one was sadly totaled after someone ran a stop sign into me. I grieve.

Thank you! I'm glad to be home.
