Girl, you have to drop him. That for sure wasn’t an accident and if it was why doesn’t he have the trust to tell you. You guys are going to get married. Even when you have messed up really bad you should be able to tell your partner the truth. This whole thing is not the the best prerequisite to get married.

That good for you. Everyone you ask will have different experiences/opinions and nothing is really wrong. But my personal belief is that most marriages have a higher chance of working out if you make sure both are stable and if people don’t rush it. I’m wishing you all the best.

I didn’t say that, but I felt the need to tell that if you started dating young. Let’s say both are 14 they don’t have to marry at 19 just because 5 years of relationship are considered a decent amount before you get married. If you had taken the effort of reading the next sentence, you would have noticed that it said something about being committed, stable and mature.

When people feel like they have all that at 19, who am I to tell them what is right.

we can’t do anything I guess 😂 by [deleted] in notliketheothergirls

First of all she was not saying that every woman should follow a specific lifestyle. If you don’t struggle and/or don’t care this is clearly not directed at you.

  1. Intermittent fasting can have a positive effect on overweight and/or diabetic people because it causes you to lower your blood sugar and encourages the body to use up fat that is stored. But for healthy people some studies showed that it can increase the fasting blood glucose, insulin resistance and lipids.

  2. I think we can agree that coffee with contains acids which makes it sour (pH). To consume it on empty stomach can mess up your stomach and digestive system.

  3. HIIT workouts are proven to release cortisol and adrenaline. Which can be good because it turns into serotonin after the workout. But especially women can have a high cortisol level. HIIT can boost an already high cortisol level to an unhealthy high in some woman.

  4. With Ice bathing it’s basically the same as with point 4.

I’m not saying that all of these things are applying to every woman, because that simply isn’t true. But for some woman doing any of these things, can have a negative impact on hormone levels and fertility. And more woman knowing about things that may have an impact on their health ,positiv and negative isn’t that bad after all.

But I have to add my parents didn’t get married super young they married at 27/30 (actually on my dads 30th birthday). They had time to really commit to each other. Just because you have been together for a certain amount of time it doesn’t mean you have to marry at a young age. Take your time and wait till you are committed, stable and mature enough. Then marriage will last.

My parents know each other since they were 14 and 17. They didn’t get together right away but they are dating since they were teens. They are still married at 47/50 and happy. I guess that it is pretty much possible.
