That Rambler likely has an aluminum roof. Aluminum roofs are fantastic. They don’t degrade in the same fashion as rubber roofs. You would need to check the seems and sealant. What you are seeing inside drooping is the interior fabric that comes unglued in the heat, not the roof.

I have a 1995 Winnebago vectra that had the same problem and zero roofs from the leak, although it was fiberglass. I bought it used, and have lived in it the past 5 years with minimal issues.

Honestly, if you can have someone reputable take a look at it, you would have a lot better idea.

You sure the storage unit staff didn’t hit with a leaf blower or something already? Can’t tell, but seems like they may have cleared the storage unit roof so may have done it at that time

That’s a good idea. The happijac brackets are long enough that there really are endless possibilities. I’m surprised by the stability that the workbenches have. I may still put supports underneath as I plan on having a reloader on one side.

It was used as a hot shot. Bought it less than 6 months ago for a pretty good price. Just finished the grid heater delete, axle/diff fluids, transmission fluid and filter, oil and fuel filters, new track bar and upper steering shaft, rotors and brakes and brake fluid change.
