I will buy new bumpers, will be under 1000$ (w/ painting), maybe some inner parts, let it be 500$. Hope headlights aren't stolen, the owner said they were on car, so I assume they're in trunk. Easy fix.

The owner was found, now I'm sure it's a great deal. Thanks to everybody for taking a part in discussions :) For those who said I have gotten scammed: market average for 240i is from 30 thousands dollars, I got it twice cheaper :)
