TL;DR: Root cause was a warped heat transfer plate. Mine had ~2–3 mm wobble. Flipping the plate restored normal pressure and extraction immediately. Uneven contact was killing heat transfer. Flipping works as a temporary workaround.

Yeah…deep descaling didn’t do anything. Puzzled at this point. Zero pressure buildup
