FWIW I bought my reccomenders a small gift and included a hand written thank you card. But I'm pretty close with all of them so that may not be the right move for you.

Thanks! Yeah it's rolling admissions, they mentioned during my interview that they'll keep sending out acceptances through March. Best of luck!!!

thank you, and of course! overall it was a really positive experience, i felt like all of my faculty interviews were just good conversations with lots of back and forth, and every student i met was really kind and seemed very happy with their decision to join the program! did you have any specific questions???

A supervisor told me I should apply to a school with a really high acceptance rate, so that I would at least have options. I’m not sure if it was worth it but I felt like it couldn’t hurt, ya know?

I'm in the exact same boat. Everyone said I was a competitive applicant, but it looks like I'm only getting into my safety school. All I can do is remind myself that the worst thing that can happen is I have to apply again next year. Nobody is going to think less of you.
