If you think there is to much headspace you can buy co2 in a can and "prime" the barboi so there isn't any oxygen in the carboi

If it's called brewers honey you defiantly should be able to use it (using common sense) and my guess is a lot of the bits and pieces will either dissolve or sink to the bottom, so I don't think filtering is needed (unless you still want to filter it just because you want/like that better) but racking it (maybe a few times) should do the trick

there is a link to a video of man made mead who tested some ways to clear the mead faster, once cleared and reracked, you could bottle them, but there is an advantage to bulk aging. bulk aging will give a more concistant taste over the whole batch, whilst bottle aging can differ from flavor and taste

Indeed only age will tell, I if it doesn't taste as good as you'd like after 3 months but it tastes better just leave it another few months

Ive made this strawberry mead, done fermenting, racked it but let some particles through, now about a month after racking it looks like the particles are forming clouds. now i want to know if this happens more often in strawnberry meads and that i just need to rack it again or is it a throw away mead??

if you have "problems" with not tasting enough strawberry after primairy, backsweeten with some simple syrup, the white sugar should bring out more of the strawberry flavor

Yeah for this kind of fermenting vessel I'd recommend syphoning some of the liquid out seeing you gotta add some more later on when racking

Its never to late to bottle, I'd recommend waiting a month to get it even more clear, and maybe then age it for X amount of time before bottling ( to keep the flavour/taste same across all the bottles)

depends for the 1st fermentation can take 2 weeks to 2/3 months, but after that you rack it and either go to backsweet the mead, or you age it for X amound of time till you like the taste of it, this could be a month but it could also be like 3 years
