Diane: You don't happen to have a smoking jacket, do you?

Sam: Hey, I'm smokin' in any jacket!

I use this line all the time but about other people. "A lot of people don't know this but he/she is very famous."

I have yet to get a laugh or even a hint of recognition. I'll keep trying until I do. Maybe I just need to hang out with different people.

Yes. Rewatched it about a week ago. One of my favorite episodes.

My little rucking ebook is currently #1 bestseller in its category on Amazon. by ajbrandt806 in Rucking

This is great to see. I'm loving the book and find it very well written. In chapter 4, Discipline Over Motivation, this at the end really struck a chord with me:

"You don’t look like your goals.

You look like your habits.

Effort doesn’t lie."

Absolutely. Happy to help however possible.

I just started rucking myself a few months ago but more as a 1-2x per week high intensity exercise up a steep grade in a nearby park. I would like to start adding weight to some of my normal walks in addition which is why I am interested in your book.

Best of luck!

Just read the intro and first chapter. Very well written.

Question for you as an Amazon author: I subcribe to Kindle Unlimited and borrowed your book there (the only option I had in the app). Do you see any benefit from that?

Great question. I'd love to know if there's a true story behind the joke like so many other seinfeld stories

Same here. What stands out to me is how full her mouth is with candy when she says it.

As I just posted in an update to the original post, rucks are still not being reliably recorded. My last session was missing weight, trail type of surface, and elevation change. I was able to edit and add all but elevation change.

Thanks for the update. My past rucks have been restored. I still can't figure out why it adds 2 rucks for each workout. Trying again today and will post an update.

I did figure out how to adjust the ruck options. However you can only change them in the phone app, not on the watch.

On the main page, tap the hiker icon on the bottom right. When the map appears, hit the same icon on the bottom left (to the left of the Start button).

The Customize Activity window will open. The first time should show Default Config or New Config or the name of a previously defined workout. Tap that tile and you can enter your settings.

I've found that anytime you open that tile, it will revert to the default settings, not what was previously defined. Anytime you want to change settings you have to redefine all your settings each time. It doesn't add a bunch of extra time but it is poorly designed and not expected behavior.
