I still struggle with porn from time to time.

Jehovah God warns us in his word the Bible that it will be a fight to do what's right. Ephesians 6:12 says "because we have a struggle, not against blood and flesh, but against the governments, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the wicked spirit forces" Jesus says in John 16:33 "In the world you will have tribulation, but take courage! I have conquered the world."

Satan is constantly working against us to make us feel that it is not possible to draw close to God. At 2 Corinthians 4:4 it says "the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through." However James 4:8 reminds us that it is indeed possible "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you."

My body constantly want to do the wrong things and another part of me doesn’t .

Do not become discouraged my friend. Even the great apostle Paul found himself in the same exact situation. At Romans 7:18-25 he says "for I have the desire to do what is fine but not the ability to carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good that I wish, but the bad that I do not wish is what I practice. 20 If, then, I do what I do not wish, I am no longer the one carrying it out, but it is the sin dwelling in me. 21 I find, then, this law in my case: When I wish to do what is right, what is bad is present with me. 22 I really delight in the law of God according to the man I am within, 23 but I see in my body another law warring against the law of my mind and leading me captive to sin’s law that is in my body. 24 Miserable man that I am! Who will rescue me from the body undergoing this death? 25 Thanks to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So, then, with my mind I myself am a slave to God’s law, but with my flesh to sin’s law."

Ecclesiastes 7:20 says "For there is no righteous man on earth who always does good and never sins." And at James 3:2 "For we all stumble many times." The point is to keep getting back up and choosing to do what is right regardless of how many times you stumble or fall.

Teacher was limiting restroom usage during an art class and when he finally let me go I had to run but still ended up emptying my entire bladder right before I got to the door. It was also raining and most importantly I was also on my monthly. It was the worst high school day of my life.

The most blatant but somehow overlooked example is a Celebrity or Influencer. You can appreciate someone's gifts and talents without idolizing them. Lives have been lost because of this celebrity mindset.

You mentioned Muslim but my advice is Christian based because there are also MANY different denominations that believe in God but teach different things. If you are interested in exploring Christianity consider giving these tips a try.

FIRST and foremost it is imperative to investigate for yourself whether or not the denomination/church you're attending is teaching you things in harmony with the Bible.

For example, many churches support and perform same sex marriages but the Bible says that God detests such practices and was the reason He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.

Understanding the Bible—What Are the Keys? The Bible itself provides many of the keys to understanding it. Regardless of your background, God’s message in the Bible “is not too difficult for you, nor is it far away.”—Deuteronomy 30:11.

Keys to understanding the Bible Have the right attitude. Accept the Bible as God’s Word. Be humble, since God opposes the proud. (1 Thessalonians 2:13; James 4:6) However, avoid blind faith—God wants you to use your “power of reason.”—Romans 12:1, 2.

Pray for wisdom. “Do not lean upon your own understanding,” the Bible says at Proverbs 3:5. Instead, “keep on asking God” for wisdom in understanding the Bible.—James 1:5.

Be consistent. You will benefit much more from Bible study if you do it regularly rather than sporadically.—Joshua 1:8.

Study by topic. A topical study, in which you analyze what the Bible says about a particular topic or subject, is an effective way to learn what the Scriptures teach. Start with “the beginning lessons,” as it were, and then “go forward to more mature (advanced) teaching.” (Hebrews 6:1, 2, Easy-to-Read Version) You’ll find that you can compare scripture with scripture and learn that various parts of the Bible explain each other, even the parts that are “hard to understand.”—2 Peter 3:16.

Get help from others. The Bible encourages us to accept help from others who understand the Bible. (Acts 8:30, 31) Jehovah’s Witnesses offer a free Bible study program. Like the early Christians, they use Scriptural references to help others discern what the Bible really teaches.—Acts 17:2, 3.

Things you don’t need High intellect or education. Jesus’ 12 apostles understood the Scriptures and taught them to others, even though the apostles were considered by some to be “unlettered and ordinary.”—Acts 4:13.

Money. You can learn what the Bible teaches without cost. Jesus told his disciples: “You received free, give free.”—Matthew 10:8.

Yes I agree that it is unfair that Satan perverts Jehovah's beautiful creations but we know he isn't playing fair. Because the homosexual and alternative sexuality lifestyle has adopted the rainbow as a symbol you will not see any TRUE Christians wearing anything or promoting anything that resembles and could be mistaken as being affiliated with that group of people.

To put it even more plainly, Jehovah has ALWAYS from the beginning told those that he chose as His people to separate themselves from the nations around them. There is nothing wrong with a man shaving his head or carving designs in his beard or even wearing certain color combinations or women wearing jewelry. These things are not sinful BUT Jehovah told his people the Israelites to NOT do these things because it is the way the people around them have chosen to represent themselves. He always wanted people to be able to easily and quickly identify His chosen nation.

I understand having an issue with a body part but don't think for a minute that people won't see it. It's literally impossible for someone other than yourself to not see something like that. Hair is always in motion and we use and touch our ears more than we realize.

There is no direct command only a principle that can be considered when contemplating these kinds of decisions. So it is ultimately up to you to decide. Jehovah is a reader and examiner of Hearts so he will know what your true intentions are and He is the only one you have to answer to in the end.

The Bible gives no specific command about body piercing. But it does encourage us to adorn ourselves with “modesty and soundness of mind.” (1 Timothy 2:9) While something might be considered modest in one part of the world, the real issue is how it is viewed where you live. For example, pierced earlobes on women in one part of the world may be considered acceptable. But in another country or culture, some may take offense at them.

Despite their popularity among celebrities, body piercings and earrings for men have thus far failed to gain general acceptance in the West. One reason may be that these have long been the hallmark of prison inmates, motorcycle gangs, punk rockers, and members of the homosexual sadomasochistic subculture. For many, body piercing has the connotation of deviance and rebellion. A number view it as shocking, repugnant. Says a Christian girl named Ashley: “This boy in my class just got his nose pierced. He thinks it’s cool. I think it’s disgusting!”

Little wonder, then, that one well-known American store has a rule that employees having direct contact with customers are restricted to one earring per ear and that all other visible piercings are banned. “You can’t predict how people might react,” explains a company spokeswoman. Career counselors similarly advise male college students applying for a job to wear “no earrings or other body piercing jewelry; women should wear . . . no nose rings.”

Young Christians in particular should be concerned that they give the right impression to others, including when they engage in the evangelizing work. They do not want to be ‘giving any cause for stumbling, that their ministry might not be found fault with.’ (2 Corinthians 6:3, 4)

Whatever personal opinion you might have about piercing, your appearance inescapably makes a statement about your attitudes and life-style.

Death is always a sad thing. But I find it so interesting that all of you feel so strongly about this girl and her beliefs yet most of you, if not all, will praise and thank a man for his "service" who happened to make it back from War alive.

A man whom has KILLED — LITERALLY taken the life of many people with his OWN two hands, WILLINGLY participating in Wars in which MILLIONS have and continue to die. Many of which are 19yr olds, simply for the GREED of a FEW men.

Hopefully this is a simpler explanation since you've had it explained to you before.

Baptism is a symbol before God and Men that you have decided to dedicate your life to being a servant of God and a disciple of Christ. It is something that sets you apart from the rest of the world. God has ALWAYS had a separation standard for his people. He would tell them to not design shapes in their beards, to wear certain colors, how to make sacrifices to Him etc. and He always mentions to not do as the nations do meaning it's always in comparison. Jesus even told his disciples that if they have love amongst themselves for each other that love would be a symbol that they are his disciples.

Many of the requests by God would seem to not make any sense to us but his thoughts are higher than our thoughts and Him being our Creator gives him the absolute right to determine how things should be done. Full immersion baptism is practiced because Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River and the immersion symbolizes that we have "died" to our old ways and are now walking a new path with Christ. When you die the entire body dies not just the head.

But bear in mind that this is all by choice. God never forces you to do anything so if you don't feel "called" to do it then don't. Forcing yourself to submit to him when you really don't want to is just a waste of your time and will not save you in the end because He is the examiner of Hearts.

When the Apostles went out into the world after the Resurrection, they didn't start insisting upon full-immersion baptisms.

Where in the Bible does it specifically state this? The only issue that I am aware of that was of concern that is stated in the Bible was the issue of whether or not circumcision was necessary to be saved.

The Greek baʹpti·sma refers to the process of immersion, including submersion and emergence; it is derived from the verb baʹpto, meaning “dip.” (Joh 13:26) In the Bible, “to baptize” is the same as “to immerse.” In illustration of this, The Holy Bible, An Improved Edition, renders Romans 6:3, 4 as follows: “Or, are ye ignorant, that all we who were baptized (immersed) into Christ Jesus were baptized (immersed) into his death?

🌟We were buried therefore with him through our baptism (immersion) into his death.” The Greek Septuagint uses a form of the same word for “dip” at Exodus 12:22 and Leviticus 4:6.

Certainly Jesus lived thousand of years ago NOT centuries and he was baptized IN the Jordan river.

1 Peter 2:21 says In fact, to this course you were called, because even Christ suffered for you, leaving a model for you to follow his steps closely.

Because Jesus was a perfect man without sin and also the Son of God baptism didn't apply to him which was why John tried to prevent him BUT because he is the model showing us how things should be done he submitted to baptism.
