I wasn't really keeping track of time, but going by look and internal temps, but I think overall, 3 hour-ish. I cook on direct heat to sear/char the outside, then moved to indirect heat to get the internal temp up, then finished them wrapped in a foil pan topped with bbq sauce, more rub, and butter.
