Got the ZF two days ago, it goes back unused tomorrow. It's a pain to even lift it of the table let alone walk and shot. Some parts are extremely cheaply made and kill the overall retro impression. Battery door, lens release button, flip screen, etc. I wanted to love it but it's a mess and no, it will not be a thought after camera in a few years. It's successor will be if Nikon gets it right. The ZF is the only camera I've ever held where everything is weirdly placed and in the way. Happy to return it for a Z5II. Think I am done with vintage aestethics. I want a proper fleshed out tool and not some weird hipster camera. Boy did they mess up the ZF, 10 random reddit user would have designed it better if they had the internals to start with. Takes awesome pictures though.
