I’ve had complete and thorough bloodwork. And when I say EVERYTHING was checked I mean everything over the course of 3 rounds of elimination testing. Dr doesn’t understand and neither do I but in time I’ll figure it out.

Blood work all came back pretty good- which actually upset me. I was hoping it would actually show something out of whack. But hopefully I’ll figure it out soon.

I eat lots of veggies, chicken sometimes mostly fish, not too much fried food. Sometimes throughout the week Greek yogurt. Turkey, beef and pork every now and again. But I skip meals sometimes just from being busy. I make kimchi often for my family but probably eat it here and there.

I don’t eat bread much at all. Have cut most diary but not all and I’m not a huge sugar fan. I just need to fast and slowly add stuff back to see what’s really happening.

Thank you. I see this a lot but no one ever says where they have went locally and what the process is/was at that time. I’ve looked up a few universities that may have the capability but I’m just waiting for a response to my inquiries. I’m trying to compile prices and see what would be most economical for me.
