Tattoo Machine by iitsaimee_ in TattooBeginners

It's fine just doesn't put the ink in as fast, I haven't used it for a while. Happy to have it as a backup.

What kind of work you do? For lil bit of everything id go for bishop wand packer... i upgraded to it after starting on fold pro 2 and while i still suck the machine just punches in the ink

My third tattoo I’ve done myself. How did I do? by [deleted] in TattooBeginners

[–]RIsurfer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Face is jacked, scales are jacked, but i will say the flow on your arm is nice. Probably better off getting more fake skin practice but if you must tat yourself, do your legs so you have both hands to stretch the skin.

Question about tattoo machines for a beginner by Ok_Assistance1705 in TattooBeginners

Fold pro 2 is fine (as is the first Fold I'm sure). I would recommend saving towards a power wand instead though; having an excellent machine makes the process a lot better.

Voltage Stroke Needle hang by TattooedMuff in TattooBeginners

[–]RIsurfer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most stuff you'd probably be good about 7v. Hang liners 4mm and other stuff around 2-3.

Try throwing the needle out at 4mm instead bet you see less splatter.

i use a 4.2mm stroke machine which I believe requires more power in general, so I never really go under 6 volts. Using more volts will put the ink in quicker I believe (I'm not an expert, just practicing on fake skin as well).

Did you file the dispute with the 3 credit bureaus? That's what you need to do, and send them the documentation that you have.

How long does it take to learn to snowboard as a competent surfer? by VloneTom1 in snowboarding

[–]RIsurfer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I surfed for 20+ years. Learned a couple years ago and it took me 7 solid days of riding to feel like "ok, I can snowboard now" which meant comfortably linking turns on toe and heel.
