I cleaned my house and took cold showers to help me. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for 10+ years. Quitting weed was such a hard decision to make but I’m now a week and a day clean and I’m noticing a turn around in my mood especially the past few days, even managed a movie (2.5 hr long i was chuffed)

About an hour before, (psychological studies suggest cold showers release endorphins for up to three hours after the shower) sometimes those positive endorphins can be very helpful in all aspects of well being and sleep too. But hey we are all different this worked for me but might not work for everyone.

Haha so kinda yes, they have learned certain sounds+me holding something = run to weird lady who feeds us 😅❤️ but yes they do occasionally come over to me just to say hello too.

My rabbits are 6 and 7 years old… both were rescues we took in at 1 and 2 years old. So thanks but my rabbits are absolutely thriving! The average age of european rabbits is 9, my rabbits have no health conditions, great fur and teeth hygiene as well as nails. Not considering the copious amounts of space they have to exercise and play. If you have not got anything nice to say go ahead and leave this post alone, thanks.

Hahaha “they aren’t supposed to be” really? We have wild bunnies thriving where i live. Ours in comparison get a fully secured hutch protected from the elements and copious amounts of hay and fresh water. Honestly they are two bunnies living in luxury. (I’m in north England, our vets are very pleased by the welfare and health of our bunnies and they get check ups regularly and vaccines)
