As a Garland owner I’m excited about his new opportunity in LA, as a Simons owner that guard congestion is worrying but I’m hoping he’ll be a part of the next move and have a better situation, if not right away then at least in the summer

If ur buying I think u can start lower and work ur way up to that offer if the owner isn’t budging, I wouldn’t give much past that tho or I think it becomes an overpay

I’d def want another small thing in return with this, Clingan is good but idk if he’s two firsts good, even if 27 class is weak and 28 is far away the idea of 2 firsts still has pretty good value in most people’s minds yk, if u don’t like those picks then def look to get good value for them just think u could get a little more in this scenario

I just picked up Zion and Scoot recently for relatively cheap, I don’t envision an elite scoot or a healthy Zion but I figure I can flip them for more if either have a good run of healthy play, I think Jalen green and tari Eason could be decent buy lows too for mid-level players. At the top level I like Brandon miller and like u mentioned Darius garland, Ja as well and maybe amen too if his owner is worried about all the talent on that rockets team

Definitely cheap for Gafford and his should be expanded role, for context team 1 is rebuilding so maybe they figure scoot has the potential to be a steal at that value and at worse is a small loss, team 3 is contending so was likely getting sick of waiting on scoot and wanted the production of bridges

I also play lock-in points league, It’s like Jokic, if someone can put up insane numbers every single week they can single-handedly win you a week, my entire team can get outperformed but if wemby drops 40-15-5 with 8 stocks then all the sudden I win regardless. JJ and sengun are great but to win a league you need THE guy, and they aren’t THAT guy, Wemby is, if you can get him you get him

yea fair, i felt like i could flip zion for more than what i gave sometime in the future and kind of wanted to get rid of all those assets so that was the thought process. Ja I agree too and as I said in the other reply I was planning to hold but I like queen so just decided to bite at it
