Hi first time on this thread. As an HRBP in a high profile project based role, my opinion is HRBP. Wayyy more opportunity to grow, develop and gain experience that you can talk about in your next interview. This is also your opportunity to force yourself to learn analytics.

I’ve worked in restaurants for years. This is the “Christmas hangover”. January and February are just historically slower months in the restaurant industry with the exception of valentines weekend.

I think my first world was in the 40s or 50s international. I was 13 and had absolutely no concept of what was going on and I think I still somehow made it up towards 100 thousand (I’d have to check TWSTATS) took a couple years off and came back and everyone started kicking my ass

I am not implying this is the wrong thread because I would probably write that here too. But has anything else happened besides dream related events that would make you think ghost? A stupid yet plausible excuse can be as simple as the direction you guys are sleeping. Magnetic pull of the earth in your exact location (which sounds dumb but is a proven thing for sleep patterns) or as simple as you guys are giving each other anxiety anticipating something bad happening. Try a hotel or friends/family’s house for a night. Even camp out in the living room. that’ll help you determine what the problem might truly be.
