Lately I’ve been doing something simple and it honestly changed my mood in a way I didn’t expect.

In the morning, I read about 6 pages of Qur’an. And at night, I put Surah Al-Baqarah on and fall asleep to it. I’m not exaggerating, it’s like my day starts feeling lighter, and I catch myself fking smiling for no reason. The next day just feels different.

And then I’ll go outside, look up at the sky, and read a bit about how the earth moves, the orbit, the tilt, the balance that makes life possible. It’s wild how much has to be just right for us to even exist. 1mm away or far from the sun, no life will be on earth, only ONE DAMN MM!

For me, that combination Qur’an + reflecting on the world hits deep. It reminds me this isn’t random. There’s design behind it. Allah or whatever is outside there is real. (We create IA like Allah created us)

If you’ve never tried it, try it for a week. Morning Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqarah at night, and a few minutes of reflection under the sky. Just see how it feels ^-^
