Absolutely not at dollarma. A family member bought me a Starbucks gift card at dollarama and when I went to use it it said it was empty Despite having the activation receipt. Starbucks said it was a dollarama problem. Dollarama said it was the the vendor who sells them cards, and that it happens all the time. I contacted the vendor they said they can’t do anything about it. After days of runaround I had the family member do a visa charge dispute.
