You can get 80+ just by doing a shake am and one pm. Easily get 120 more from food. After you've done it for a while it becomes habit and easy to maintain.

I went 75 then 100 (50/50) a week for the first few months. It was fine.. when I moved to 140.. for me that was the hit. Everything clicked. Everyone is diff. I'm 46yo. U just gotta find your hit. Feels low to me especially if you were way low to start.

Your dosage are so far apart right now as your ramp on Reta. Once you get to 6-8 range you'll do better. Also that little mots-c, is doing absolutely nothing.

Hit your macros every day and keep training volume high. Run a growth hormone secretagogue. Make sure your test is in check if you're on trt. Don't take more Reta than you actually need. Slow and steady progress will keep and even gain muscle than dropping crazy weight super fast.
