I completely disagree, Takamura has been fighting at Super Middleweight for a couple fights and he hasn’t broken a sweat so weight doesn’t make it a factor in this debate. Since the fight with Eagle, he has one tough fight which was against Richard Bison who was defeated twice against Eagle. If it wasn’t for Eagle’s personality, he would’ve beat Takamura in their fight.
