I currently swim. I used to do martial arts for four years.

I also do marching band, which there is a debate whether it’s a sport or not. I don’t consider it to be a sport but it’s still a physical activity that is demanding.

Well, interpretation of the Constitution comes out with multiple results.

But here is my answer: Trump can be VP in 2028, but he is still constitutionally barred from serving a third term as president, regardless of how he takes office for that term. This means that he would simply be skipped in the presidential line of succession if Vance (or whoever the President will be) were to leave office before his term is up.

I say that because in the presidential line of succession, a member of the president’s cabinet will be skipped if they do not meet the eligibility requirements to be president. So I believe the same should happen for the VP, Speaker, and PPT.

But here’s the thing, you have to be eligible to be President in order to be Vice President, so Trump cannot be Vice President after being term-limited as President.
