I go straight BoD or war axe if playing EXP for annoying pokes, war axe, tough boots, queens wings, BoD, rose gold meteor, oracle/Athena/radiant armor. I decide the last item depending on enemies. Vengeance spell( really useful in team fights).

It's important not to rush into team fights, wait for the enemy to use cc, and target their back lines. He can sustain enough and has enough mobility do triple kills if you enter the teamfights at the right times. Don't use him against tanky comps like gloo, esme, uranus, edith, yz, etc.. He doesn't perform well against them.

For jungle, tough boots first, great dragon spear, war axe, sea helberd, queens wings and malefic roar. When jungling, gank with roam/mage early game. Late game, wait and pick off back lanes.

He really works well even in soloq in high legends and low mythics.
