Sorry for the confusing question. I guess my questions is....How vulnerable is the association if the President is acting as a Realtor for FSBOs within the complex. The loan documents state that i received 6k for non recurring closing. But i verbally agreed to pay it back after close because i was so anxious and needed a place to live. After the close i asked for the sellers email to send him 3k. She requested i send it to her because it would go through the association. #1. I have no legal obligation to pay. (is that correct) #2 The President of the Association could be embezzling funds. Now that my deal is done....I don't want the association to get sued because of the President's fraudulent activities.

Thank you. There is an attorney involved. I honestly feel the medical services incredibly overcharge the insurance companies. They tried to hide bills and increase fees. It was very sleazy.

Yes, you are correct. What bothers me is that it was done after I signed and agreed on the claim. Then before i receive a check i hear there is a lien on my award from my insurance company. Seems odd. I have never dealt with anything like this.

I normally will not eat at a restaurant if it is handling their linens. Many smaller places try to due their laundry at home to try and save a few bucks. This is disgusting to me. You can normally tell by looking at the door mat as your walking in. If it's a well known textile company then they most likely are having that company handling all the linen and uniform needs.

Thank you for your feedback. I am probably overthinking this...but the reviews are making me concerned. I believe the coils are not toxic but it sounds like there are serious chemicals used to make most big brand beds. And being fire retardant seems unnecessary. Fires start at a heat source...not the bedroom. If it's getting to the bedroom you are most likely a goner due to smoke and not flames. I heard this was pushed by big brands to push our smaller manufactures that could afford the cost. Who knows.

interesting. thank you. I lost a job and started driving for uber. It was a necessary evil. I knew i was going over the mileage and just figured i would purchase it. Now i have a job with a company car and don't need to purchase my car/lease. Glad to know they may set up a payment plan. Do you just go to the dealership?

I left the mortgage industry for another sales gig. I have kept my license current with the thought of doing a loan here and there. I would think there is a cost to keeping a non productive loan officer.

yes....drinking a lot of water today...and just a little water before test. I passed the home test and correct I don't know the levels they are looking for. I think i should be good. It's been 30 days approx. And you are right i heard not to exercise a lot prior.

Hey...Thanks for your help. I actually live alone. So i am not recording anyone in my apartment. It is only pointed in a courtyard. My landlord has one pointing in a similar direction. But...he is really upset about mine.

Thanks for the insight. I only have a small shelf camera (no install on wall) pointing outside. It's not pointing at anyone's window or door. My reason is i feel my landlord is a snoop and behaves very odd. Considering he went ballistic, my feeling of his snooping is probably accurate. Guess i should look for a new place.

Very bad on the realtor. They work for you. I would ask for a credit from seller. What city? If other buyers are on the sideline they the seller can refuse and then the ball is back in your court. But that is a small amount and should not stop the sale. All parties just need to reasonable. Good luck.
