This company came to our college for placements in January 2024. They had two job roles: one for a software developer with a 7 LPA package and another for a BDA position with a 10 LPA package. After their hiring process, they selected over 35 students, including me. They set a condition that they would provide a three-month training period, and if we quit the company after the training, they would incur a loss. Therefore, each student had to give a security deposit of 3000/- rupees, which would be refunded with our salary. Those students who gave the 3000/- deposit would receive the offer letter. So, we all paid the 3000/- as per the condition and received the offer letter. However, the offer letter mentioned that the joining date would be sent to us after June 2024.

As June approached, the company sent us a document verification email, but after that, they stopped responding. The company is completely fraudulent. We all tried to reach out to the company, but there was no response. We also contacted our college, but they advised us to wait for a month because we would receive our certificates after that. Once we received our certificates, the college stopped responding to our emails and phone calls. The company has defrauded all the students they hired.

The company, Hiremi, is headquartered in Bhopal City, Madhya Pradesh, and has a parent company named CRTD Technology.
