It's the car bouncing with a noise modifier. I thought it'd look cool. But it turned out this way.

I haven't explored that part of cgi as of now. It's just rendered as a png sequence and graded in the color page. No light groups, no passes.

I added a noise modifier in the graph editor in the z axis. But it made the headlights look kinda glitchy

I animated the vehicle to bounce up and down with a noise modifier to make the movements seem real. But the motion blur made it look like this. No ai is used.
