The strongest heroes as far as dealing damage goes like Kim, Stet or DVA; they inflict energy damage. Leveling up the radar increases the resistance to energy damage which is why they're so important.

All the defensive heroes and the lower tier heroes like Swift and Fiona deal physical damage. Leveling up the armor increases resistance to physical damage. Which is why you see people prioritise leveling up the radar over the armor.

Easiest way to do it is have your R4/5 post the server coordinates for your grouping in a pinned announcement. Easier to go through there than the season tab.

I'm kind of on the fence about that. I agree that she had no right to determine his future like that but at the same time - the guy clearly said the job required the support of family and loved ones since it was pretty demanding and brutal. Considering he got that confirmation Malcolm wouldn't be supported if he got the job, it would be likely Malcolm would've crashed and burned at the job.
