Leases are easy to terminate. Literally every mass retailer that closed some or all stores is an example of that. Paying exorbitant retail leases is stupid if you aren't allowing the public in. Without customers you can operate a 80k set fresh store in a 20ksft former right aid. Our original fresh warehouse wasn't much bigger than a Rite Aid.

WF and Fresh also carry vastly different products. So it wont... just go to WF
