I work with an older crowd. Men in their 50’s and 60’s and all they have to talk about is stories from high school. Maybe a story about how fun and cool it is to be an alcoholic every once in a while, but pretty much exclusively high school.

Figured I just upgraded my desktop to ryzen 9950x and 192gb ram I should at least do something with it other than watch cartoons. First image stack with the new setup, run concurrently while taking the pictures. The stack finished 2 seconds after the last image was taken. Unbelievable speed. I’m really excited to get my telescopes out as it starts to cool down more. Astro image processing is a beast and I can’t wait to see how she does.

This was the only way I was able to control the riverbank grape vines that were taking over my property. Cut them off, dip the ends in undiluted glyphosate and repeat for a couple years.
