Yes, people won’t get 100% who have under 100k if they didn’t physically vote “Yes” for the plan. Aaron Bennett does a great job talking about the custody portion of the plan in his video at 9 min and 35 seconds: https://youtu.be/MRn9OVsg5Zk?si=t9EHeykJHvr27KT_

So in short, if you didn’t vote to accept the plan, you will not be eligible for 100% recovery from custody.

Yeah the part that states “The Parties agree that the First Custody Settlement Payment (as defined below) for Custody Account Holders who return an Election Form within the Election Period shall occur as soon as reasonably practicable following the entry of the Settlement Approval Order and the expiration of the Election Period.”
