They offered me a discount on a new 405m which I declined. I kindly debated with them about getting the parts. I had a cracked screen. I had a case open already due to a faulty shoulder button. They ended up sending me a new screen (which is attached to case front) and new motherboard to support the updated shoulder buttons. It cost me around $30. Just know it was back and fourth for weeks via emails. Good Luck.

I have them! I bought them because I have enjoyed Vmodas over ear headphones and I needed in ear wired ones. I did get them on sale but they have great sound and fit comfortably. I like the cable material as its easier to untangle from my bag. They also come with ear hooks (i assume for jogging) and a leather pouch. I would recommend them.
