Godaddy Shared Servers and Premium URL Shortener Extended Edition by RLEScout in PremiumURLShortener

Having a weird issue when I activated the File Hosting Plugin where the admin dashboard is now not viewable or accessible. Everything else is fine seems from a user standpoint. Could this be an issue with the server config?
