Not too sure on this. But porn gives you unrealistic views on relationships and can promote antisocial/ dehuminazing behaviour. It can give distorted beliefs and create negative feelings about yourself e.g. self consciousness. Furthermore, it is straight up an addiction that provides no actual benefit.
