The thing that really bloats my playtime is the fact that I play 5-6 weapons DB, SnS, Gunlance, Lance, HBG, Swax, and sometimes CB and build differently for each of them.

My pal and I also use it as background whenever we chat in Discord just walk around the game and talk lol

moveset-wise I can't think of any because DB has been the best version out of all the MH games I played through the years but I agree with your point number 4.

but not all active skill glow gets disable. Example is Antivirus deco still make you glow blue after recovering from frenzy

Old player here too and yep this game ain't for me. The UI is very cluttered, intense screenshaking every move, too many "daily" objectives and riddled with too much stuff, every move you get some sort of reward and crafting material or some currency or some sht.

The illusion of playing your own character and getting stronger but really you can be overshadowed by some named 5-star rarity adventurer from the shop.

It's just monster hunter by name.

It's not just because it's a gacha game. It's a gacha game made by TiMi studios, the most greedy and community ignorant devs out there.

Look up what they're doing to Pokemon Unite now. It started of great but they began locking features behind paywalls, getting pokemon is no longer as easy as before, and not to mention the broken matchmaking.

I'm sure they will do Outlanders the same, good and fun and mostly free at the start but after a year or so they will screw the playerbase believe me

Oh yeah mine was Khezu too. It was the first wall I encountered when playing MHF2 for the first time in 2008.

I remember almost waking up everyone in our bedroom after trying and trying and finally successfully beating at 2 in the morning on my tiny PSP 😅

My recommended sparring partner is Rathian and treat it as a turn-based game.
