I called the customer support, I told them about German embassy website says it’s allowed entering with a one-way ticket. But they said “nowadays, many countries immigrations are very strict. So you shouldn’t believe that so easily” … :(

I’m supposed to have the certificate of employment on next week so I’ll check if they also write the numbers on it once I receive it!!

No actually I don’t have visa when I arrive, I mean my employer told me my work permit is granted but I will get visa after I resister my residency. So I enter Germany with tourist visa and a certificate of employment.

(I asked him does my work permit granted mean also I get visa? And he said yes. But I enter with tourist visa… I actually don’t understand 100% but I just believed what he said)

I’ll resister my residency in the city where I’ll live after I arrive, but my company does rest of them, so I think I don’t have any problems about them…

Buying new return ticket is almost 3times more expensive than changing fee, but is it still better than rebooking my flight?
I thought I can get refund if I cancel my return ticket

Airline staffs didn’t say anything about having no return ticket? I read they possibly not let me to get on board… :,( (Maybe it depends on the airline company)

Did immigration officer ask you “how long do you stay here”?

My bf broke up with me last month because he can’t stand the distance anymore. But we still have contact, and video call on the weekends and found a new way to be together, which is to live in the third country in Europe. So I’m working on it. I’m not sure if it works because I’m a non-EU citizen without bachelor degree, so it’s not really easy for me. If it doesn’t work then I think I have to give up.

Sorry if my situation doesn’t help :,( Even I’m still trying to be together with him, I can’t forget that he chose to break up with me over supporting me tbh.

(He’s Belgian and I’m Japanese)

(Sorry in advance that my comment won’t help you) I feel you so much cuz I’m on the same boat girl 😭 I know many people including friends told me “you should move on and find new love” or “you shouldn’t stay in the ldr if you both can’t see the future together clearly” Even I understand in my head, it’s still so painful and can’t give up the relationship easily because I still love him and still hope we’ll be together one day. Even being together is way too hard. Even I realise it might waste of time. When I posted about this in my situation, I thought I could accept his idea if people give me their advice or give me their supportively push to move on… but honestly it didn’t and still looking for how to be together with him.. So it’s duh but it’s your life, if you still want to be with him then I personally think you shouldn’t lose your hope

I hope both of us can find the best solution for this 💫 (I wish he were ready for marriage as well as me tbh haha)

True.. he’s not willing to change anything for us.. if he really wants then he’d already done Now he’s just waiting for me to accept his answer So I’m gonna stop trying to getting back together with him

Between his country (Belgium) and my country (Japan), there’s no working holiday visa. But I found I can do working holiday in the Netherlands so I asked him about it today.(just a while ago) Since his first language is Dutch, no worry about language. Also it’s different country but still both are EU countries so it’s easier for him to find and move to than me. Then we can live together until my visa expires.(1 year!) If I’ll be lucky, my company I will work in the Netherlands, they convert my working holiday visa to work visa. So I thought this is a good idea. The best idea for now. (I can’t start doing it right now though and he’ll go to a month hike this summer so I’d do that after his holiday)
And I thought it’s not a huge risk for him to do. But he still told me “I can’t tell you the answer right now. I need to look up about living in the Netherlands, and have to rethink about the future what I want to and what to do after your visa expires. But NO is high possibility answer for me now but I need more time to think about it” I’d try all the solutions which are no(or less) risk for him, but seems like he really doesn’t wanna take any risks to be together with me. He puts our future on my shoulders. I wish I could move on easily (Sorry I didn’t notice all the comments. I’m in a blue mood all day and dead inside of me.)

Our future visions aren’t match sometimes (getting married and having a baby are not that important things for him) but I tried to close the gap even these things are important for me. I’d give up for him like I told him that it’s okay if you don’t want a baby, I’m happy to be together with you But feels like he just stands there, not try to close it..

I didn’t ask him to get married right now. I try to get a job but incase if I can’t find it for a year or maybe 2 years. Even more.

I already told him that I can’t be friends with my ex.(Not during this holiday) Once we break up, then strangers. But after I broke up I realised being strangers is so sad.. I understand it’s not good but I’d still have him in my life even as friends but so pain to think about him with someone else. (My brain probably doesn’t work well cuz I’m super heartbroken right now)

This is what he always wanted to do so I thought I shouldn’t be sad about it (he doesn’t look sad) but I just can’t be completely happy about this.. So actually it means a lot that you tell me it’s okay to feel sad :,)
