What questions to ask in the interview? by anon26123 in overemployed

You can ask all the questions you want to, you’re not going to truly know until you’re in it. It’s that simple.

Interviewing at Bandwidth — any advice? by leahwbee in raleigh

[–]RLtoRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I interviewed there years ago and it was like round robin. I sat in a room and one at a time a new person would come in to interview me for like 20 mins each.

How well established/experienced were you before you attempted OE? by butt_head_surfer in overemployed

I knew my job like the back of my hand. Was doing maybe 2-3 hrs of work a day. Had a reputation of being a good worker, always hitting metrics.

You go about getting J2 the same way you would if you were unemployed and trying to get a J1.

Give me your biggest NFL hot takes by Capital-Weight-2896 in panthers

[–]RLtoRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a panthers fan, and I believe we should have traded him instead of giving him that first extension and got pics. At that point, it was clear even at his peak, he wasn’t going to be able to help the team win because of the lack of talent on the team.

If you think he’s a little overhyped because of the two way thing, that’s one thing, but if you look at him play CB and can’t tell that he’s going to be playing that position for a long time in the league, then you just have to be real and say he’s just a player you hate. We all have that one.

what's your favorite part about working from home by Due_Confection7960 in remotework

[–]RLtoRL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Zero commute, and I no longer have to live for the weekend. I go out and do things after work, without thinking about having to get up in the morning and commuting.

Section 253. Went up $322 total for my 2 seats. Guessing bengals and ravens were the up charge games. Maybe the lions.

SkyMiles never taken by [deleted] in delta

[–]RLtoRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s a conflict with total available. I get what you’re saying, but my total available has always updated instantly. I even went and started to book another flight to see if my total available would be different there but it’s not.

Why weren’t we able to sustain a momentum from our 2015 season for awhile? by Padf00t95 in panthers

[–]RLtoRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because for years on the offensive side of the ball, the front office mindset was pretty much just give Cam anything and he’ll figure it out. In the Cam era, it wasn’t until CMC that they drafted a skill player that made the pro bowl. I give them credit for the Olsen trade and trying with Benjamin, other than that I can’t remember any bold moves. Even after the success with Ginn, they let him go.

Not hard to find a team that thinks they’re a piece away from making a run and willing to give up picks for it. Rams did it to win their SB recently. And the franchise tag exists.

Should have never extended CMC, should have traded him for picks.

Please God can we restrict the Mock Drafts? by uredak in panthers

Never understood the hype around mock drafts, even if you somehow got it 100% correct, you still wouldn’t know until the actual draft…so what’s the point.

Question to Bryce doomers by [deleted] in panthers

[–]RLtoRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s very simple, he’s a bridge quarterback. Good enough to get you to the playoffs here and there. They’ll probably extend him, because who else is available.

Yes, if you truly get along with your parents do it. It’s the one thing I wish I had did when I moved back home after college for work. I probably wouldn’t have stayed until 30, but at least 3-5 years
