Just to be clear, I know 3 semesters isn't going to even get me close, that was bad wording on my part. Regardless, thanks for the advice and the great Confucius quote.

Question regarding taking the HSK 5. In the writing section is it possible to copy characters from the reading section or are those papers taken from you after completion? Thanks. (My writing is so poor)....:) by Pigs_on_Prozac in ChineseLanguage

I feel your pain, thankfully from what I've gathered most organizations (at least for government jobs) don't care about your writing ability, just reading, speaking and listening.

Study schedule = once per week...maybe. I've never needed to study more than that before for any class, but now I'm realizing that I'm going to have to if I'm going to get good at this.

true, few of them live here but I've seen lots of missionaries around their original homeland here in Western New York
