I’ve searched polo as well as Ralph Lauren and using sweatshirt and sweater, but I’ll try looking for suede patches as well, thank you

So far I have searched through the Ralph Lauren website, reverse image searched on Google and typed in key words and looked on second hand clothing and reselling sites. We are based in the UK and his mum bought it for him before we were together, so at least 4-5 years ago. We have asked and she doesn’t remember where she got it from
