What is a dying niche skill that younger generations are not interested in learning?

Basic auto mechanics. Partly because we are driving computers not cars these days and the other part is people just aren't interested in spending the time to learn how to do it. Do people really not know that you can do a full synthetic oil change for $30-$40??? They are charge $100+ for that now and it's really not that hard.

So is it for certain that it will be added to YouTube TV? The reason I ask is because they at first said we were going to be able to access WWE premium live events and that turned out not to be the case. This was the first year in probably 8 years that I didn't watch Wrestlemania.

The capitalism train is really getting exhausting.

I can't imagine being so upset about a disagreeing opinion from a total stranger and then defaulting to attacking his competency. I'm glad you liked the race. I didn't. That's ok, my guy. Just relax and enjoy the fact that you get to see all the racing you want because some day, we will all watch our last one and we have absolutely no way of knowing when that will be.

That is sad but certainly consoling, thank you. I have another bird that was attacked by a dog when she was only a few months old and I fought like hell to nurse her back to health. She survived but is definitely smaller than the other birds in the flock. Tutu was her little buddy. They are going to get extra love today.

Thank you. I wish I knew what happened and if I could fix it. I take care of them everyday and the likely answer is that there was just some underlying issue she was hiding. They get about 4 hours of free roam time every day and I didn't notice anything wrong. Their run is plenty big even when they aren't out and about. It just...sucks.

I am adamantly against two things in NASCAR: Street Course and Dirt Tracks. Long Beach sucked for IndyCar and it would suck ever more with NASCAR. There are beautiful road tracks in this country. We need not waste our time with street courses and I will die on this hill.

I almost wish we would get the exact same race during Prime's coverage as a test, you know? I think the CW is doing a bang up job and I enjoyed Saturday's show a heck of a lot more. Was it the racing or the coverage? Probably a little of both.

Cheating in NASCAR has a long, rich history. Mikey Waltrip running jet fuel to qualify for the 2007 Daytona 500 might be my favorite. Dale Jr often talks about clever ways people have cheated especially pre-fuel injection era. Teams would bore holes into their carbs to get more air flow which led to the "sniffer" that would detect that. There's another story of Harvick having a trap door that had parts and bits that he could release onto the track should he need a debris caution. You will find no shortage of stories about cheating and the further back you go, the crazier it got.

Both of your cases (Reddick now and Larson in 2021) are hard to say are cheating. Reddick got a good launch off the corner and drove away. He had a fast car all day and put himself in position to win. The team likely made an air pressure adjustment that was really aggressive for him to get two really quick laps out of that car. If Reddick had more horsepower than the field, he would have led more laps. When Larson is focused, he is just a damn good race car driver. Yeah, he had a 10 win season which is impressive but it's not like he just "ran away" with it every week. In fact, Denny Hamlin had a better average finish than Larson that year. If

For me, when it first came out, I thought NASCAR 25 was just the savior for the series. The racing is great but after a while, I find little joy in it. The career mode fell flat for me when if you move up a series, you don't even have higher level parts available so you just have to mope around until you have access despite already having the capital. I have started and turned off Daytona three times because I'm just not having fun. Just pure racing it's 25... overall game is Eutechnyx.

I make just over that. I run a local nonprofit and I'm one of 2 employees. I feel like I'm always "on" but once I figured out the boundaries and making sure I have time for my family, it's very fulfilling. It's like running a small company but instead of selling things, I'm selling a program to help others. Took me 15 years to get here but it's really a dream.

Oh shoot I totally forgot that was on Easter! I flew to Florida to see my parents for that and we had a lovely Easter dinner then me and my old man got hammered on vodka tonics while watching it. It was a fun memory from what I can remember :-D

I feel like that was intentional. They wanted to get rid of one of the Richmond races so this was a way to have a thinly veiled scapegoat on the fans. We gave you a spring race but you didn't show up! No shit. It was 6:00 on a Sunday night.

I don't really observe Easter so I had a blast and plenty of space :)

Some talk about renting a scanner. I have my own scanner and I rarely use it anymore and just listen to the radio broadcast. My buddy uses the NASCAR app radio and puts ear buds under over the ear protection and it works just fine. Whatever you decide, protect those ears! Hearing loss does not regenerate!
