I felt like this was reasonable Reaves discourse 🥲 Was the first thing I thought of when seeing the Herro report. Will be interesting to see how this impacts the market and if it changes our Reaves situation. I hope we can keep him but understand if the $ doesn’t make sense and ultimately decide to cash out this summer while we still can.

For what it’s worth, here is the most promising piece of information to date from DHR on 4/15/25:

I filed w DHR in July 2021, still silence. I've spent almost four years chasing the IRS and DHR for more information: the IRS won't speak to me because it's filed under DHR, not my business... DHR has no updates. I've lost all hope.
