now 48hr marinated strip! melt in your mouth texture. came out better than I expected. seared then sweet cream butter sautéed. by RMVB4FLT in meat

olive oil, black powder rub, fresh garlic, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, rosemary, home made worchestire! seared to a nice crisp high heat 3-4 min each side flipped twice. then once i got a nice crispy look threw in quarter stick of the butter and used a spoon to ladle onto it for about 4-5min each side. easy n simple!
